Ce vei face?
Vei fi responsabil de:
• Monitorizarea receptiei, verificarea si inregistrarea comenzilor transmise de catre clientii Danone conform programului de transport;
• Urmarirea functionarii sistemului de transmitere a comenzilor;
• Mentinerea permanenta a legaturii intre departamentele Planificare, Carantina, Depozitul Central si Administrare Depozit privind sortimentele si cantitatile care urmeaza a fi receptionate evitand situatiile de lipsa stoc;
• Prioritizarea alocarii stocurilor pentru cantitatile comandate in functie de stocul disponibil;
• Oferirea de informatii fortei de vanzare privind receptionarea comenzilor, statusul comenzilor, cantitatile livrate vs. comandate.
Ce cautam?
• Experienta similara de minim 1 an;
• Studii medii, studiile universitare reprezinta un plus;
• Abilitati de comunicare si argumentare;
• Flexibilitate;
• Orientare spre client;
• Gandire analitica;
• Abilitatea de a munci in echipa;
• Word, Excel, SAP, Power Point si Internet;
• Engleza – nivel mediu (constituie un avantaj).
