RESPONSABILITATI

Is responsible for the overall end user satisfaction in the allocated accounts, delivering high level end user focused training to financial markets¿ experts.

Responsibilities will also include to:
- Build & own the relationship to key stakeholders in the financial marketplace in their sector of expertise and act as their competent partner.
- Design and deliver workshops & trainings for customers focusing on financial market topics leveraging on his previous market experience and area of financial market specialisation.
- Identify customised model solution opportunities in both countries and work with the company and its subsidiaries to propose and secure business through consulting and Desktop Design Group involvement where available
- Have a pro-active approach to clients, in conjunction with Account Managers, by demonstrating quality of service to effectively compete against competition and act upon sales opportunities to increase company's market share.
- Be available for other client trainers who need specialist training support for their users and extend specialist product knowledge to colleagues within the Client Training team and other departments as required.
- Analyse client's current usage of products and suggest "best practices".
- Be always top informed about financial markets developments.
- Co-operate on an international basis to share knowledge and best working practices.


CERINTE

- Degree in Economics with a major in Financial Markets.
- Two/Five years experience in a financial markets front, middle or back office role e.g. broker, equity sales, trader, analyst.
- Studying towards or holding a professional qualification e.g. ISMA, CFA, SFA, ACI Diploma is desirable.
- Strong Financial Markets knowledge is essential.
- Experience of working in a customer focused support role, ideally with training experience.
- Relationship building, presentation and communication skills are essential.
- Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Advanced experience of the Microsoft product suite, particularly Excel
