¿ Producing, managing and acting upon test plans for the team¿s assigned tasks;
¿ Implementing, monitoring and guiding the team on the methodology, practices and pocesses of the testing group;
¿ Reviewing and commenting on product specifications and designs;
¿ Providing product feedback and submitting enhancement requests.
¿ 3 years actual experience in managing Testing teams;
¿ 5 years experience in Testing/QA;
¿ Experience in wireless environment ¿ advantage;
¿ Software engineering knowledge - advantage;
¿ Experience with (automatic) testing tools - advantage
¿ Initiative, perseverance, well organized thinking manner;
¿ Good communication skills
