Apply problem solving techniques, perform problem management, analyze problems&situations, ensure high client satisfaction for all work performed, understand problem impact on client business, provide technical advice and guidance to clients, maintain positive client relationships even in severe and pressurized client situations, interact with client functions consistently until problem is solved, perform in international software support delivery processes and environments, use methodologies and tools to deliver software support to clients

2 Languages for each resource: English (1st) and one of the following (2nd): German, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Russian, Dutch or/and French;
Platform: PC/Windows Intel;
