It is essential to have a strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and technologies including web, application, database and messaging layers with a firm foundation in Java. Previous experience as a software developer from a software house dealing with external clients a definite plus.
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of all aspects of software development including analysis, design, construction and testing primarily using the Java programming language. The candidate should have prior work experience using design patterns and best practices methodologies such as the Unified Modeling Language (UML).
For this position an understanding of, and exposure to Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Retail business and IT solutions are essential.
