The Software Consultant performs technical needs analysis, implements database design, ETL scripting, Perl Scripting and implements different tools as directed by Team Leader and/or Project Managers on projects. S/he will work individual or in a team. The Software Consultant also monitors and operates the database and daily ETL operations. The role requires client-facing and carrying the accountability for client expectations management while delivering the services and solutions associated with the Radcom team. The Software Consultant will advocate for the user, provide good argumentation and feedback to the teams involved in project/s.
• Bachelors degree (Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers, or equivalent);
• 1-2 year commercial experience in software development;
• Ability to work on his/her own or under close supervision
• Ability and desire to learn new tools, technologies, systems and others
• Ability to understand and interpret product specifications
• Good problem solving and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Has initiative
• Fast learner
• At least one high level programming language (C/C++, Java)
• Deep understanding of a RDBMS (preferable Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL;
Foreign Languages: The ideal candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
