RESPONSABILITATI

You will support the planning solutions of ORTEC at customers in transport & distribution inside and outside Romania.
You are responsible for an adequate and efficient follow up of the issues (questions, disturbances, requests) of customers working with ORTEC software. You register and analyze the issues and when necessary you escalate to a team of specialists.
Further more you will support the implementation team with installations at customers (via remote connection), pre- and post-installation checks, document creation, maintenance of knowledge portal, solve network and hardware issues externally and internally.

You will achieve your results by being a reliable support consultant, motivated and well-organized and by forming the essential link between the ORTEC product experts and the end-users (planners) at the customer.

You will work together in a multi-disciplinary team in the Bucharest office and you will have frequent contact with your colleagues in other ORTEC offices around the world.


CERINTE

• Good IT knowledge
• Windows Server, Networks, ADS, Domains, MSSQL, XML, Terminal Server, VMs
• Fluent in Russian and English, preferably 1 other language from the CEE region (for instance Romanian, Turkish, Greek, Hungarian, etc.)
• Analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Reliable and loyal
• Good humoured and motivated
• Flexible, hands-on
• Result and customer oriented
• Able to build lasting customer relationships
• Independent
• Willing to work outside office hours
• 2-4 years working experience
• Technical University education
