-Ensures the development of the skills of our employees’ clients – leadership, sales and negotiation skills;
- Plans and organises the training programmes;
- Design and expanding of training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs.
- University degree;
- Relevant training & development experience (4-6years);
- Good communication skills, ability to enthuse a group of people;
- Fluency in English language is mandatory;
¬ -Driving licence, availability to travel outside the city.
