-Initiates and developes partneships, in order to create profit for the bank;
-Is permanently aware of competitors products on SME's segment;
-Proposes, develops and manages the implementation of new facility types for the SME¿s segment;
-Proposes adjustments in interests and commissions levels in line with market trends and according to the partners negociation, regarding attractiveness of products and bank¿s profitability;
-Participates to the recruiting, assesing and selection process of the SME¿s Relationship Managers of the Direct Sales Team;
-Coordinates the monitoring and control activity for the SME¿s Relationship Managers of the Direct Sales Team;
-Follows up the quality of SME¿s Relationship Managers services of the in Direct Sales Team, provided to the clients;
-Participates at trainings of the SME¿s Relationship Managers of the Direct Sales Team on new products entered in SMEs portfolio;
-Participates to the implementation of the SME¿s segment marketing strategy, coordinating the SME¿s Relationship Managers of the Direct Sales Team, in national and local events;
-Takes care of the permanent awareness of the internal loans and warranties rules and procedures, the rules of ¿Customer knowledge¿ and ¿Prevention and extinction of money laundering¿ for all the subordinates.

Required experience for this position:
-1 year banking experience in business development;
-Advanced English language knowledge;
