• Selection, coordination and controlling of external companies and suppliers
• Defining and controlling construction and endowment standards and qualities
• Participating in contract negotiations’, together with procurement department
• Supervision of construction sites
• Project budget planning and controlling
• Compilation and controlling of cost estimation
• Creating and implementation of project organization together with the requesting Business Units
• Controlling and coordination documentation
• Inspection and acceptance reporting
• Deficiency management.
• About 3 years experience in building development and site management
• Strong project and construction background
• Civil Engineering University degree / Architectural University Degree
• In case of no university degree, min 10 years experience in this field
• Diploma in Site Engineering (“Diriginte Santier”)
• Good knowledge of the Romanian real estate and construction market
• Good knowledge of construction law, building and security regulations
• Good knowledge of work place standards and guidelines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independent and at one’s own responsibility
• Willingness to travel
• Good data handling skills (Autocad, MS OFFICE)
• Very good English knowledge
