Their primary role is to advise and assist the employees on the site with all requirements and to deliver secretarial services to the Site Manager.
- Support Site Manager in all organisational issues.
- Advise and assist employees with all requirements including all ex-pats issues.
- Deliver secretarial services to the Site Manager.
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain financial records.
- Ensure company policy is communicated, available and adhered to across the customer site
- Establish and maintain processes and procedures for the day to day management of the on site administrative requirements supporting the company policies and procedures
-Establish office standards and templates
- Work with the team leaders to ensure smooth management of Expatriate, Timesheet, Travel, Office and Equipment requirements.
- Liase with the customer for office space and equipment requirements
-Provide an HR Service to the on-site resources to assist with problem solving as required.
- Maintain records
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Education: Educated to A Level preferred
Requirements:
-3-5 years experience in similar role.
-Good level in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Must be familiar with email (MS Outlook preferred but not essential)
- Dedicated, independent and reliable
- Highly communicative, outgoing personality
- Ability to work as team member
-Able to work under pressure
- Adaptable
- Motivated
- Flexible in working hours
