• The lead for translating the brand strategy in relevant and impactful shopper actions adapted to the profile of each retail channel to drive differentiation and sales efficiency.
• The lead for development and implementation of dedicated promotional actions and POSMs in all channels considering the brand and sales objective to be achieved
• Responsible for implemented action’s efficiency by reviewing monthly and building up key learning's and recommendations.
• Responsible for in store competitiveness by supervising the competitors' activities on the market (especially promotions and POSM) and recommending action plans for company's superiority.
• Responsible for the allocated budget
Adecco Professional & Executive Search, is looking on behalf of its client, the biggest dairy producer, for a Shopper Activation Manager to handle the trade marketing for its most important brand.
Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in economics or business administration
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, with shopper promotions and P&L management
experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a complex business environment and a focus on FMCG
Skills & Competences:
• Strong project manager skills.
• Experience in developing brand in store activities adapted to the profile of each retail channel.
• Fluent in English
• Self-driven, able to operate effectively in the context of a high pace working environment, with significant autonomy
• Experience in working with data sources to make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate in a team environment with a "can do" attitude.
• Agility and ability to manage complexity
