- Strong knowledge and practical experience in using Microsoft Office SharePoint 2007 including: Custom Web Part Development, Business Data Catalog Development, Custom Field Types, Event Development, Workflows, WSS v3 Web Services;
- Relevant experience with ASP.NET 2.0 & 3.0, C#, ADO.NET Development, XML Document development, JavaScript;
- Microsoft Reporting Services 2005, and .NET Web Services Development;
- Previous experience with database development by using SQL Server 2005, Database design and implementation, Stored Procedure Development, Data Transformation Services, Integration Services;
- Full proficiency in systems analysis – problem isolation, diagnosis and resolution;
- A degree in computer science or equivalent qualification as a software development specialist;
- Good English skills – mandatory.

For this partnership we will expand our team with 10 Sharepoint specialists, covering different key-roles: architect, team leader, experienced and senior developers and testers.
The importance of your role in our team:
As a SharePoint Solution Architect, you will ensure a proper link between the development team and our partner based in US, in order to obtain commitment to activities and schedule.
You will be the one to guide the development process in order to identify and solve process challenges.
Therefore, you will actively be involved in all the phases of the project, ensuring a proper coaching activity for the team in their activity of:
- Gathering the relevant information for a complete understanding and definition of technical requirements and for an appropriate system design;
- Develops ASP.NET, MS SQL, SharePoint 2007 and Project solutions to meet the business owners technical requirements;
- Consulting, development, quality assurance and optimization of different solutions in areas like virtualization, business intelligence, systems management and .NET custom software development solutions.
