RESPONSABILITATI

The role will support Service Coritioller in analyzing Services revenue and costs, provide support in reporting, budgeting 8i forecasting.

Bi-Weekly Services calls with Finance staff to update on systems and procedures;

0 Ad-lioc advice center for Finance staff to ask questions about Services Operational procedures/systerns and vice-versa;

0 Work with systems team to provide input material when designing and improving finance platforms e.g. Hyperion and Oracle R.X;
0 Co—ordinate and analyze Regional inputs into 3 Year Plan and Budgeting process;

0 work with the Business to reset Services List prices and Cost rates when applicable [typically during the Budgeting cycle);

0 Guardian of Services Proiect Control Pack (a Project forecasting tool) - ensure pack is in line with accounting policies and meets the

demands of all stakeholders;

0 Liaise with several SSC departments to provide Global reporting to Regional Finance including;

0 Revenue Write-off data (T&M and Fixed price projec.ts);

0 Quarterly Profitability contrac.ts review;

0 Standard cost recliaiging, including Product recharges;

0 Provide monthly packs to on Expert Services and Training projects including Project Margin analysis and Departmental P&Ls.
0 Monthly Services Finance review — calls to discuss P&L performance with the Services Business;

0 T-Force (the Temenos Sales tool] data integrity testing and review:

0 Quarterly Internal Controls update;

0 Internal 8. external Audit liaison.


CERINTE

0 Bachelor degree in Economics, preferably Accounting;

0 Proven Experience in Finance and Accounting (more than 3 years);

0 IFRS knowledge;

0 Fluency in English;

0 Team-player with high ethical standards;

0 Prior experience in a complex multi-national and mu|ti—cu|tural environment;

0 Experience working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Oracle;

0 Good coininunication and presentation skills;
