RESPONSABILITATI

The role will support Service Controller in analysing Services revenue and costs, provide support in reporting, budgeting & forecasting.

Advisory
Bi-Weekly Services calls with Finance staff to update on systems and procedures;
Ad-hoc advice center for Finance staff to ask questions about Services Operational procedures/systems and vice-versa;
Work with systems team to provide input material when designing and improving finance platforms e.g. Hyperion and Oracle R.X;

Analysis
Co-ordinate and analyze Regional inputs into 3 Year Plan and Budgeting process;
Work with the Business to reset Services List prices and Cost rates when applicable (typically during the Budgeting cycle);
Guardian of Services Project Control Pack (a Project forecasting tool) - ensure pack is in line with accounting policies and meets the demands of all stakeholders;
Liaise with several SSC departments to provide Global reporting to Regional Finance including;
Revenue Write-off data (T&M and Fixed price projects);
Quarterly Profitability contracts review;
Standard cost recharging, including Product recharges;
Provide monthly packs to on Expert Services and Training projects including Project Margin analysis and Departmental P&Ls.

Governance
Monthly Services Finance review – calls to discuss P&L performance with the Services Business;
T-Force (the Temenos Sales tool) data integrity testing and review;
Quarterly Internal Controls update;
Internal & external Audit liaison.


CERINTE

Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment;
University Educated and Full/Part qualified accountant would be advantageous;
Audit background is advantageous;
Strong computer literacy – ability to use Microsoft suite of packages and operating systems;
Oracle experience - advantage;
2+ years Financial accounting and reporting experience within industry (preferably software or IT);
Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment;
Strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills able to priorities own workload;
Ability to work effectively alone , but also in a team;
Strong communication skills, oral and written. Proven ability to build remote relationships and influence confidently with a wide range of stakeholders;
Fluency in English.
