We are recruiting 2 Service Supervisors for one of our clients, leader in their industry sector that offers great professional development opportunities. The positions are available in a new regional project that is being launched by our client.
Ideal candidate:
- 2-3 years of experience as a team-leader in call center, or service center
- coaching and managing a team of 10-12 call center agents, that work 24/7(team-leader doesn’t do night shifts)
- Availability and enthusiasm to learn the new process and be actively involved in all activities regarding the opening of a new service center
- Focuses on the needs and expectations of the clients and integrates all the information with the team and the other teams involved(for example the on-site service team)
Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
High School education
At least 3 years’ experience in a customer service leadership position or related experience
Other requirements – Optional (licenses, certifications, specialized training, physical or mental abilities required)
Prefer minimum of 2 years post high school education
Technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration systems and/or associated automation tools
Exposure to Six Sigma tools and processes
Goals
Meets defined metrics
Active involvement and driving of continuous improvement
Effective coaching and counseling
