The Indigo service planning is the link between the technical teams and the customers. The service planners coordinate things so that the customers receive the right service according to their agreement with HP.
You will:
Act as a point of contact between the customer and the technical teams
Will support the engineering teams in daily basis
Constantly inform the customers on the case status via the phone
Parts ordering, handling escalations when required, parts return;
Maintaining the Indigo data base up to date;
Collecting data from the customers on a regular basis
Your profile:
Young graduate
English and Italian language – fluent
Good communication skills (verbal)
Able to work under pressure
Customer oriented. Team player
Strong conflict resolution skills
Negotiation skills
Available to work in shifts
