RESPONSABILITATI

- Follow up on existing Services Level Agreements and continuously monitoring the performance;
- Assist the definition and the implementation of processes to achieve the service levels required;
- Research tools and implement to automate the reporting of the service levels;
- Regularly report to management on the performance of the agreed SLAs internal and external;


CERINTE

- University Degree;
- 2-3 years in similar IT position;
- High level of planning and organizing skills;
- High level of communicative skills;
- English - advenced level;
- Analytical abilities; team work.
