RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage team of L1 and L2 analysts providing support to users;
- Be the point of escalation for end users;
- Generate reports related to the service desk performance;
- Engage in post incident closure meetings for severity 1 and severity 2 tickets
Ensure that the team is performing as per the desired SLA.


CERINTE

- At least 3 years experience in Computer Service industry which includes service desk experience;
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and configuring Remote access, VPN, printers & other PC related issues;
- Expertise in Windows active directory, domain administration, Microsoft exchange;
- Expertise in Operating systems like Windows & MAC (User administration, VPN connectivity);
-Expertise in Shrink wrapped products like Microsoft office, MS Project, Visio, Adobe suite , Outlook;
- Password reset tools for Domain & Mainframe;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Self Starter;
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems;
- Strong problem analysis, resolution, and writing skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and German;
- Professionalism and customer focus;
- Strong keyboard skills;
- Good listening skills;
- Ability to perform in adverse situations & managing escalations;
- Ready to work in a 24 x 7 service environment;
- The candidate preferably should have worked in service desk for manufacturing domain.
