Multinational company is looking for passionate and dynamic IT candidates to join the office in Bucharest.

Job Responsibilities:

Offer technical support and report occurred problems by telephone and e-mail;
Solve internal issues regarding use of personal computers;
Complete help desk incident reports and assist in hardware and software evaluation;
Interact with the customer and the departments within the organization
Ensure that problems are solved in an accurate and timely manner.


CERINTE

Student or University Graduate;
Previous work experience is considered an advantage
Experience on IT help desk support positions is desirable;
Microsoft Certifications is considered a plus;
Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems local and remote administration - mandatory;
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office family applications (especially Outlook) - mandatory;
Advanced English level;
Very good communication skills;
Customer service skills;
Able to work in shifts.
