RESPONSABILITATI

- Contribute to creating and adjusting Trade products strategy (customers, local and international market, pricing)
- Identify, structure and implement new products;
- Deal origination customer acquisition through selling trade products to customers and prospects
- Adjust existing products according to market development
- Coordinate sales effort internally
- Support Treasury&Trade Solutions Head in his responsibilities related to Trade P&L, risk and controls

- Good interpersonal skills, charismatic, easygoing, resourceful;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Excellent selling, negotiations and presentation skills
- Good planner, able to pay high attention to details, set priorities and work under pressure;
- Solid technical knowledge: risk policies, financial analysis and accounting, trade - all trade instruments, trade finance products;
- Understanding of local law and international practices, commercial practices within both domestic and international trade;
- Solid knowledge of market, customers, and competition;
- Must be familiar with risk policies
