The main responsibilities are:
1. Providing clients with local corporate tax advice within an international context, in respect of profit tax, withholding tax, dividend tax and local taxes regulations;
2. Analysing clients' transactions, contracts, investments etc.;
3. Performing tax optimisation for client's fiscal and financial activity;
4. Identifying potential exposures of clients and finding solutions for effective minimisation of risks;
5. Providing assistance with tax authorities:
- Assistance during the tax audits;
- Objections to control minutes;
- Drafting letters to the tax authorities.
For our client, a multinational company, we are looking for a Senior Tax Consultant.
The specific requirements are:
- minimum two years experience in financial advisory field (corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, valuation, banking of brokerage);
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- PC literate (MS Office);
- Team player with communication skills, business awareness and proactive attitude.
