Responsible for Project Reviews, including:
- Technical analysis of customer requirements
- Technical negotiations with customers
- Creating configurations / quotes for customers
- Preparation and sign off of technical proposals for customers
Define the technical architecture and design for turn-key projects in the integrated security systems field.
Resolve technical issues related to product functionality.
Ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented.
Provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project.
Coordinate vendor services related to technology selection and implementation.
Participate in technical knowledge transfer to the Customer.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering
Knowledge in the field of electrical installations
English language (advanced level, written and spoken)
Proactive, analytical thinking, flexible
Must have experience working in large scale technical projects (customization and implementation) and ability to translate customer needs
Must have 3 years of experience in relevant technical positions
In-depth understanding of access control, CCTV, burglar alarm and perimeter security systems.
Experience in one of the following areas would be an asset :
- Home land security
- Large urban surveillance systems
- Traffic management systems
- Mobile Command and Control Centers for emergency situations
- CBRN Mobile Labs
Be current with PC hardware and software trends; network environments; maintenance techniques
Ability to independently apply tasks prioritization, meet tight deadlines, craft status reports, work in a matrix environment
Previous Pre-sales experience is a definite plus
Excellent communication skills
