1. To administer, develop, maintain the MS Exchange environment and to plan and perform upgrades to the latest versions (MS Exchange 2007/2010);
2. To apply the Internet access policy and for the maintenance of the associated systems: maintain and upgrade the proxy servers (ISA 2006/TMG2010); administer the corporate content filtering solution – Websense;
3. Responsible for the management of Active Directory environment and for the upgrades to latest version (Active Directory 2008);
4. To administer, develop and maintain the Citrix environment (Citrix farm, Citrix Access Gateway, Citrix profiles servers);
5. To administer, develop and maintain Microsoft Hyper V environment;
6. To configure, administer and maintain Microsoft clusters and NLBs within Technical Support Office area of responsibility;
7. Responsible for daily monitoring of the Windows servers for performance, for security alerts and for capacity planning.

Requirements:
University degree in Computer science and/or Informatics is a plus;
MS Active Directory (2003/2008) - at least 3 years of experience;
MS Exchange 2007/2010 - at least 2 years of experience;
MS Hyper V environment and MS NLB/clusters technologies - at least 2 years of experience;
MS TMG2010/ISA 2006 - at least 2 years of experience;
Experience in Citrix Metaframe/Xenapp administration - 2 years;
Experience in internet/email content filtering solutions (Websense, Mail Marshal) - 2 years of experience;
MCSE certification is a plus;
Analytical thinking;
Team player;
Good communication skills;
Adaptability to different working environments;
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
