Managing a group of 15-25 SW developers with option for future growth
The SW group is in charge of developing software modules for the next generation WiMAX base station of Alvarion and involved in developing a cutting-edge mobile wireless networks technology.
Complete responsibility for design, implementation and quality assurance of SW modules developed by the group
BS. In Computer Science or Electronic Engineering – 8 or more years of experience
Proven managerial experience in developing real time embedded SW solutions
Strong methodological background in Real-Time SW development
Experience in IP Networking and data communication protocols – TCP/IP and Layer 2
Strong system view
Experience in developing SW for network processors – an advantage
Experience in Freescale Power-PC processors – an advantage
Linux OS Experience – an advantage
VxWorks OS Experience – an advantage
WiMAX knowledge – an advantage
Fluent English
