Our Client, a leading international company specializing in strategic management consultancy, marketing and financial services in many different sectors requires an outstanding consultant interested in becoming part of the Romanian Senior Management team at it’s offices in Bucharest. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to realistically accelerate their career to a senior/partner level within a fast growing and dynamic International organization.
Basic requirements:
- Up to 5 years consulting experience with a reputable strategic consulting organization.
- Experience working in one or more of the following fields: strategy and marketing, economics, business development, telecom, infrastructure, financial services or consumer goods.
- Good management skills and experience on a team leading position
- Experience and good understanding of Western European management consulting styles and practices an advantage.
- Fluent English and Romanian essential, other language skills would be advantageous.
- Outstanding analytical skills as well as strong communication skills.
- Creative, ambitious and highly motivated.
- Capable of successfully working in a challenging and dynamic environment and performing multiple tasks under pressure.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, being able to work in a team as well as lead and coach others.
- Willingness to travel.
