•Acts as liaison between IT and Supply Chain/Logistic departments, translating Business needs into current technology;
•Provides day to day functional support/application administration for all European Operating Companies;
•Creates functional requirements as an input to application design;
•Designs solutions, configures the system and provides troubleshooting;
•Leads training sessions for end users;
•Develops reports;
•Partners with peers when integrating functionalities across applications and/or modules
•Proactively identifies and proposes business process and/or system enhancements;
•Works self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members;
•Follows applicable Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of the SAP ECC6 platform;
•Participates in the regional implementation of Supply Chain systems utilizing SAP (SAP Retail).
•University Degree in Information & Computer Technology, or any other discipline of technical orientation (Supply Chain and/or Logistics experience or background preferred). Post graduate studies in Supply Chain, Logistics will be considered an asset;
•Mandatory prior experience of 3-7 years in SAP Retail;
•Experience of at least 2 full implementation cycles will be considered an asset;
•Very good working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with SAP Retail;
•Hands on experience of SAP EWM module will be considered a strong asset;
•Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken. Knowledge of French, Dutch or Greek will be considered an asset;
•Excellent command of Microsoft solutions (Office, Project, Visio);
•Effective in delivering presentations and running meetings;
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills;
•Customer focused, creative, goal oriented, team player;
•Influential, persuasive, tactful & diplomatic;
•Ability to work under pressure;
•Adaptable to situations and different/multicultural environments;
•Expected to work abroad depending on the nature and the duration of the assigned projects;
•Ability to travel (Europe) up to 30% depending on the nature and the duration of the assigned projects/work.
