RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, a market leader in the production of detergents and the distribution of chemical products. A one-stop-shop for chemicals, providing top quality products to the international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all sales departments in achieving their specific targets by supporting them through advice and action
• Achieve sales and gross margins as defined by the annual target agreement with the Business Units
• Implement Business Units specific strategies and measures
• Monitor actual sales performance and develop improvement measures where necessary
• Identify new market segments and pursuit of business potentials to develop the business
• Implement credit policy and collection of receivables on a timely basis
• Optimize local stocks
• Optimize internal and external processes and procedures
• Continuously improve the company’s market performance through adequate personnel measures
• Organize adequate collaboration and communication with headquarter operations
• Key account management


CERINTE

• Chemical Engineering or Economics graduate
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales
• Management experience in the chemical sector, preferably in a multinational business environment
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Good English level
