- Perform all credit/risk assessment and monitoring activities according to all regulatory norms and internal procedures, in order to approach each account in the most appropriate way;
- Ensure all relevant credit/risk information is captured, analyzed and integrated into the Credit Report of the account;
- Manage day to day risk related operations of all accounts assigned; Generate and interpret reports for the portfolio performance, as per the Management request.
- University degree in an economical field (preferably Finance-Accounting);
- Very good understanding of small&medium enterprises (IMM);
- Knowledge of and/or experience in factoring area would be a strong plus;
- Minim 1 year experience in banking or financial services field, preferably on a similar position;
- Accuracy, timeliness, diligence, ability to take initiative and work in a small team;
- Risk and detail oriented person;
- Energetic and organized person, results oriented;
- Problem solving skills, analytical mind and positive attitude;
- Good MS Office knowledge (Excel - advanced level);
- English knowledge is required.
