Our company, an international HR solutions provider, is searching for new members in our Bucharest office.
Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant include:
* Management of the assigned clients
* Developing relationships with clients according to company standards
* Work with company database, responsible for immediate insertion of the required data from interviews with candidates and meetings with clients (companies), including position descriptions, relevant contacts, during the selection process
* Ensure that the company got access to as many positions on the client side as possible
* Ensure that the position description was so detailed as possible and possibly terminology has been adequately explained (put together a job description of a new position within 24 hours of receipt of the position of the client)
* Carry out interviews using all techniques for which the consultant was trained.
* Ensuring necessary advertising to media advertisements and its accuracy (content and form).
* Inform customers about new market opportunities, which could be beneficial for them.
* Inform supervisor and colleagues about potential problems which occur in communication with clients.
* Inform line managers and staff responsible for invoicing / billing the possible placements of candidates, credits, and DNS changes related to this matter, including shares or other matters that should be coordinated by finance department.
* Fulfilling the set - pre-arranged weekly, quarterly and annual targets
* Establishing new business relationships with customers, actively searching for business opportunities
* Active communication and collaboration with other team members, as well as with colleagues from other departments and other branches of the company
* Other possible tasks specified by line managers.
