SENIOR QUALITY MANAGER (OUTSOURCED SERVICES)
responsible for establishing and implementing the Quality Assurance Framework for the local operations and ensure integration with Global Quality Standards.
Main accountabilities:
Leads and Supervises Six Sigma, Lean Projects & ISO Certification
Builds and Maintains Customer Confidence by providing support to the business development team and engaging around key strategic and operational client goals
Develops and communicates Quality Strategy
Builds a culture of Continuous Improvement by consistently monitoring segment operations
Mentors Green Belts and Black Belts in their improvement projects
Drives new certifications based on any additional business requirements
Represents the company's Vision and Values
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
Excellent communication skills, should be able to communicate with external customers and senior leadership;
Mentoring, coaching and training Skills;
Change Management Experience and strong familiarity with Change Management tools & frameworks;
Detail oriented and analytical approach;
Strong mathematical and statistical Skills
Sound IT and technical skills;
Proficient in MS Office and Minitab;
Fluency in English and in another main European Language
