RESPONSABILITATI

• Campaign page launches – coordinate with agencies and Flixmedia to meet set launch date
• Assist with launch of Brand Showcases – organizing assets, identifying reseller footprint requirements and arranging Vanity URLs with retailer
• Works with retailers, resellers, Flixmedia, HP internal stakeholders and various creative agencies
• Unstructured content sourcing – videos, flash animations by BU, by Country – finding the most influential content for products and informing Flixmedia which SKUs it should be associated to.
• Case studies and whitepapers – finding the most influential content for products and informing Flixmedia which SKUs it should be associated to by Country, by region
• Showcase launches – Retailer footprint, coordination of agencies for content creation, SKU sets to plan for, campaign pages to launch – what can be leveraged, what needs to newly created, offline media tie-ins, vanity URLs
• Campaign pages at Retailer - Retailer footprint, coordination of agencies for content creation, what can be leveraged, what needs to newly created, offline media tie-ins, vanity URLs
• Reporting dashboards both for Business and for KPIs – This will be a net new activity as we are moving to Flixmedia now. There will be both Flixmedia analytics and Omniture metrics to combine together on some assets.
• In-Page + Mini-Site UI – CleanSheet guidelines (if required), general look and feel
• Account Sell-ins across the regions/countries – normally a PBM would setup a meeting with the account and Channel Enablement would sell the solution in and play the liaison between supplier (Flixmedia) and the Channel Partner
• Research ASPs in EMEA and LAR that would be good integration points for the Product Mini-Sites or In-Page content

o Key Stakeholders: Country & Business Managers, WW & Regional Business Units, US Ops Counterparts, SM Agencies
• Sets and manages client expectations

• Evaluate alternative business solutions
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
• Leads internal teams/task forces
• Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures
• Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
• Keeps Ops team well informed of changes within the program relating to the daily operations
• Ensures Program documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.

• Effectively communicates relevant operational information to Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
• Effectively applies our methodology and enforces process standards.
• Possesses a thorough understanding of our capabilities.
• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on stakeholder engagements.

ADDITIONAL INFO
• Service Provider can be requested to be physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations and meetings
• Service provider may be expected to travel
• Flexible service hours due to global program


CERINTE

- Project management experience (min 5 years of practical experience)
- Advanced computer skills within a variety of software disciplines (e.g. MS Office) & thorough knowledge of the internet and web trends
- This position will require an interpersonal style that will allow him/her to be demanding when setting objectives and securing results in a highly-matrix work environment
- Self motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure unsupervised
- Organized, able to manage time effectively and priorities tasks
- Ability to possess strong leadership, communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
- Conflict and negotiation skills
- Experience working with other cultures either via similar role in international company or actual experience from living in other countries
- Excellent English (written and verbal), other languages consider a plus
- Flexible on working hours due to global service coverage

Competencies that would be beneficial but not mandatory
- Basic experience in HTML – other programming skills are welcome
- Knowledge in usage of: Dream Weaver, Photoshop & Flash
- Marketing background would be a plus
