• Lead and guide a team of Oracle developers and QA (Quality Assurance)
• Support and develop Oracle E-business suite version 12.1.3
• Work closely with implementers to translate business requirements into development specifications
• Conduct required development or modifications, report development and maintenance of interfaces.
The ideal candidate has the following:
Must:
• Computer science degree or related field and/or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Applications systems
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
• At least two years of experience with Oracle forms/reports tools (Reports, XML Publisher)
• Knowledge and experience in Discoverer, Business Intelligence and Workflow
• Strong trouble-shooting skills
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English
• A team player and self-motivated person
• A desire to continually study new processes technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies
Advantage:
• Knowledge and experience in Java Framework environment
• Knowledge and experience in BPEL technologies
• 3+ years managerial experience in technical and people management for small to medium teams
• Ability to work with offshore teams.
