Oracle Database Administrator
Job description:
• Installation, administration and monitoring of Oracle Database 9i/10g/11g
• Installation and administration of Oracle and Jboss Application Servers
• Administration of the Oracle Replication Mechanism
• Documentation of the administration tasks according with the company standards.
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience as Oracle DBA (Oracle Database 9i/10g/11g);
• Very good knowledge of Oracle RDBMS (installation, administration, tuning, replication, backup and recovery);
• Good knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager;
• Good knowledge of Windows and Unix based OS administration and shell scripting;
• Knowledge of Oracle RMAN;
• Knowledge of data export both classic and with datapump;
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL;
• Knowledge of TOAD / PL/SQL / SQL Developer or other third party tools;
• Knowledge of Oracle Application Server 9i/10g/SOA Suite;
• Knowledge of Jboss Application Server;
• Oracle OCA or OCP certification is a plus.
