· Act as liaison with Mechanical Consultants and subcontractors.
· Review the Mechanical drawings reports and specifications at each stage to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the scope of work and agreement requirements.
· Carry out constructability review during the Design stages.
· Plan, direct and coordinate all on-site Mechanical activities to comply with applicable specifications, requirements and codes.
· Recommend acceptance or rejection of work in process and completed work activities.
· Complete value engineering of mechanical.
· Coordinate all relevant drawings and information to eliminate "interference" problems.
· Plan and sequence work.
· Give direction during functional performance testing of mechanical/elevators.
· Expedite, including source inspections to confirm material deliveries.
· Assist in updating and achieving schedule requirements.
· Act on responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.
· Perform additional assignments.
- Represent company in project meetings.
- Advanced in verbal & written English a must.
· Good communication skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
· Educational and experience requirements include a relevant degree plus ten or more years similar construction / design experience.
· Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering systems, principles and practices required.
