RESPONSABILITATI

The candidate will provide general legal support to CORE Spain and Andorra, in the areas of Compliance, Operations, Regulatory and Ethics Legal team that focuses on Accenture’s operations continuity and local compliance. CORE is responsible for the quality and delivery of all legal support to Accenture’s Country Companies, joint ventures, and all other affiliates of the country he/she is in charge of. CORE is responsible for Corporate, Compliance and Operation legal support in the Country, the implementation of Corporate and Compliance Global programs, driving local compliance requirements towards Global programs and implementing these requirements locally- CORE is critical for ensuring that compliance policies are understood and embraced by everyone on the Country Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides support in the implementation and maintaining of the new tool of New Corporate Function Legal Request Tool
Provide Legal support and interface with internal stakeholders
Support local, regional and global projects as required (mainly related to Spain and Andorra)
Geographical legal support related to regulatory compliance, procurement as well as Data Protection matters
Contract risks in the corporate functions areas/issues, contract implementation, contract compliance
May generate reports and help in the process of approval of Business Intermediary Locally
May generate reports and help in the process of approval of Gifts &Entertainment
Assists in identifying CORE issues and proposing solutions for approval
Coordination with others contract management of other geographies who support CORE, being proactive in improve CORE Spain, sharing experience of other geographies
Provides negotiation support as required in procurement agreements


CERINTE

· University degree in law
· 3-4 years of experience in from a private corporation or law firm (specialization in corporate and/or contractual law is a merit). Additional experience in the field of data privacy will be a plus.
· Availability to travel as required.
· Fluency in English, including legal English
· Fluency in Spanish
· Detail-oriented, organized, flexible
· Ability to work in multicultural environment
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
