Objective of the position:
To assure legal compliance under the local legislation, as well as providing for legal support to the business and functional units with special regards to enforcing the Group guidelines.
Main tasks and outputs:
- Providing proactive counselling and legal advice to all company departments
- Drafting and reviewing the agreements negotiated by the company in order to minimize the legal risk
- Handling minor litigations
- Drafting legal documents and providing legal solutions to issues as required by the business and functional units or the Legal Manager
- Monitoring and reporting on legal and regulatory developments at the national and the EU level that could impact the business activity
- Representing the company in front of the relevant authorities
- Optimizing the cost efficiency of legal related matters, for the benefit of the business performance

- minimum 4 years working experience in legal field in multinational companies or law firms
