On behalf of our client, an international company with offices in different European Countries, we are looking for a SENIOR LAWYER to join the team in Bucharest.
The Senior Lawyer will play a key role in a professional team providing effective solutions to the shareholders on important transactions.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years experience gained in an international or national law firm, concentrated in real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing and financing involving commercial properties.
Aside from being a Romanian member of the bar, he/she should have significant exposure to international clients and complex transactions. Fluency in English both written and oral is required.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, and able to work on deals from local and international perspectives, confidential and competent.
