RESPONSABILITATI

Takes part in creation of MT vision & strategy
Implements MT Strategy for assigned KA by preparing/implement Customer Plans (strategy & tactics)
Owns Sales & Profitability targets per assigned customers
Develops Annual Trade Marketing/Promotional Plan/Customer, together with
Channel Activation team, to achieve development objectives per each customer
Follow up implementation of MT strategy, working with Field KA team
Collaborate with Category Activation Manager & Finance for Customer P&L
Relationship management, annual negotiation / contracting
Develops and or identifies instruments for customer analysis
Responsible for new products listing, monthly forecast/customer,
Facilitate functional/cross-functional meetings with Customers
Monitoring sales performance and taking timely action to drive continuous improvement;
Works with Sales Support and logistics to track orders, troubleshoot, and achieve Customer service KPI's;
Is aware of market trends and brings them in change proposals within organization
Acts as a coach for other KAM and helps them in manage tough negotiations/deals


CERINTE

At least 8 years in sales and 5 years in key account management in FMCG
Strong P&L knowledge (from a sales point of view)
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to successfully win over challenging conditions to reach mutual winwin agreements
Ability to overcomes obstacles in conventional buying processes to identify sources of genuine value for the customer
Strong analytical and project management abilities
Results oriented
