The Senior Java Developer will be part of a team responsible for the development of large-scale software solutions using Java technologies according to the given requirements specification, using specific guidelines and methodology.
This role will include the following responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions in accordance with defined objectives (quality, security, time schedule);
- Motivated and ready to take on challenges;
- Object-oriented design, component based development;
- Good English skills (essential communication with customer based on emails/conference calls, understanding of functional specifications, coding standards and other project documentations);
- Well groomed, positive attitude, proactivity and good team spirit.
- Working experience and strong knowledge of Java (Java 5 and/or 6);
- Working experince with Spring 2.5/3;
- Working experience with Hibernate 3/4;

The Java Developer should be innovative and creative and should posses the following characteristics:
• Ability to openly present her/his own ideas
• Independent and highly self-motivated with a strong customer focus
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
