What would you do?
develop functional and detailed design requirements;
write components for a variety of web based enterprise applications;
become involved in the full application development lifecycle;
use well known open source frameworks;
work with highly concurrent applications in distributed environments.
If you have:
university degree in Computer Science or similar;
minimum 4 years of professional experience with J2SE, at least 1 year experience with JDK 1.5 or above;
excellent object oriented analysis and design skills (OOA/OOD);
excellent algorithm & problem solving abilities and detail orientation;
extensive knowledge of EJB ( preferably 3.0), JPA , HTTP Servlets, JAXP (DOM, SAX/StAX), JAXB, WebServices, RMI, JDBC, SQL, XML;
extended knowledge of GoF patterns is required, along with knowledge about J2EE/Java EE design patterns;
good experience with Scripting tools like Ant and/or Maven;
knowledge of scripting languages like Javascript, JScript;
knowledge of Java/J2EE Security concepts;
ability to design & develop more complex tasks and to mentor other team mates;
good written and verbal English skills;
good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Would be a plus:
development experience with Eclipse RCP, SWT/JFace, RAP;
knowledge of German language.
