RESPONSABILITATI

The role:

Property and Facility
- responsible with maintenance of the office building class A, (HVAC, electrics, sanitary) utilised by PwC, (on-going daily operational & administrative duties)
- responsible with the contracts / relationships with the Landlords and sub-tenants, (negotiations, contracts monitoring, solving the current requests )
- space planning and internal redesign works management and supervision,
- emergency interventions,
- staff occupancy allocation

Administrative:
- Report on purchases and cost allocation weekly or monthly, depending on the situation;
- Supervise the consumption of the procured goods and place orders when appropriate;
- Manage the day to day orders, requests and unpredictable situations;
- Follow up the purchasing documents internal flow (elaborate RFPs and contracts, obtain internal approvals and signatures);
- Maintaining compliance with internal procedures and policies;
- Offering support to our internal customers;
- Design and implementation for internal policies and procedures, improve processes and establishing standards;

Suppliers
- Manage the relationship with the suppliers
- Evaluate the existing contracts and suggests ways to optimize the costs and the procurement process
- Market research / analysis to identify new vendors / products / offers
- Analyse the market in order to initiate and evaluate quotations for required suppliers’ goods and services;
- Negotiate the contracts with various suppliers (couriers, catering)


CERINTE

What we are looking for:

- University Degree in engineering area is preferred;
- 5+ years professional experience with at least 2 years in maintenance /procurement related activities;
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must;
- Good command of MS Office; experience with MS Excel is highly required;
- Team player, good communication skills at all levels of the firm;
- Able to work by meeting deadlines, well organised, able to prioritize and multitasking;

The following additional skills are required:
- Experience in construction / installation (HVAC, electrics, sanitary) minimum 3 years
- Knowledge in reading installations plans (HVAC, electrics, sanitary)
- Knowledge of the related legislation in force for construction / installation fields
- Driving licence B
