- Develops and implements HR strategies and procedures according to organizational goals;
- Manages the recruitment process;
- Develops and manages organizational diagnosis and development programs;
- Identifies training needs, conceive and implement HR development plans;
- Develops and implements performance management system;
- Acts as an internal HR consultant for the management team;
- Prepares reports for company top management;
- Maintains the highest level of internal customer satisfaction;
- University degree in psychology, sociology or economics;
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in HR field, preferably in industrial production field;
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Good command of English language;
- Computer literacy;
