• A position with large exposure in a multinational environment
• Sourcing, identifying, attracting and selecting the proper senior candidates for our executive job openings and replacements
• Understanding the hiring requirements and partner with operations and different departments, so that recruitment and selection of future employees meets business needs and the job specifications provided
• Own the end to end cycle for recruitment
• Selecting CV-s based on job requirements and specific documents provided by the candidates
• Conducting proper selection instruments (phone-interviews, face-to-face interviews, reference checks)
• Coordinating all interviews with hiring managers/leaders
• Negotiating the financial offers with the chosen candidates
• Recruitment reports on periodic basis
• Identify market partners and hold contractual and service discussions and negotiations
• Handle contractual processing and payment processing for vendors assigned directly or indirectly (in cases of leading a team for a short-duration)
• Previous relevant experience (6+ years) is preferred, but full training will be on offer to impressive candidates with transferable backgrounds and skills and the right attitude to learn
• Proven track record in social media hiring through Linked In, etc.
• Outstanding relationship management
• Hiring & Interviewing experience in complex projects for senior/executive management positions
• Ability to understand End to End Recruitment and Business processes
• Project management skills
• Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent and effective leadership communication skills
• Team player, innovative approach to problem solving, positive, enthusiastic and looking for new learning opportunities
• Computer skills: MS Office
