RESPONSABILITATI

• Provide full administration support to the CMS Capability Lead
• Be conversant with the business and activities of the team in order to liaise effectively with internal and external customers
• Complex and multiple diary management
• Email management
• Arrange, coordinate and prepare for meetings and workshops for Management Team as well as one off events
• Plan and organise travel arrangements including pre trip approvals, booking travel and accommodation and collating itineraries
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting information
• Administering the expenses process
• Acting as a point of contact for the team, answering queries where possible and signposting as required
• Maintain an effective follow-up system and ensure timely response on action items
• Support the HR processes as required, included performance appraisal recruiting, annual leave and absence tracking
• Support the ordering process, raising POs and tracking assets
• Support the internal communication strategy
• Manage and co-ordinate Round Table process and Knowledge Briefings
• Perform independent assignments and/or projects in line with Management Team Objectives
• Other duties as required


CERINTE

• BA in Foreign Languages /Communication Studies/Business
Administration in Foreign Languages
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Second European Foreign Language an advantage
• Excellent administration, secretarial, communication, data management and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced PC skills – MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Proficient prioritisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility, high levels of customer focus
• Self motivated and adaptable
• Understand and communicate complex instructions
