* Minimum 4 years full-time working experience as DBA;
* Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005/2008
* Good knowledge of MySQL, T-SQL, Windows 2003/2000, scripting.
* Knowledge of other databases is a plus;
* Good English knowledge;
* Previous experience with high performance and high availability systems;
* Commitment, stability, responsibility;
* Ability to work under pressure and to respect strict deadlines;
* Additional advantages: MCDBA, programming skills.
* Takes the lead in managing the stability, security, performance and reliability of company data;
* Installs and upgrades MSSQL and MySQL databases in a multiple database server, high availability environment;
* Plans all aspects of scalable database growth;
* Creates and modifies database structures;
* Enrolls users and maintains system security, sets access rights to databases;
* SQL monitoring, troubleshooting, tuning and creating/implementing high-availability strategies in a Windows/SQL Server production environment;
* Prepares or reviews physical database designs, table/index design & performance tuning, queries optimization;
* Creates and modifies database structures & replication;
* Responsible for the database backups and cleanup tasks; for building & rebuilding databases (fresh or from backups).
