- Manages credit portfolio for major companies
- Evaluates customer financial needs and propose financing solutions
- Analyzes opportunities for businesses and investments of potential clients
- Makes preliminary analyses of different financing requests/ investment projects concluded with remarks and suggestions
- Makes analyses of clients' demands and draws credit files; the analysis take in consideration the position of the company in the market, the value of business and its financial statements prepared according with RAS or IAS/IFRS
- Makes analyses of investment projects and draw credit files according with investment risks, Budget and cash-flow projections
- Draws credit contracts (short-term credits: working capital/ seasonal credit; medium and long-term credits: investments, capital increase, companies buying) and guaranties
- Registers loans and loans' guaranties according to the credit contracts concluded with the clients
- Follows up credit movements
- Monitors guarantees provided by the clients under the loan agreements
- Checks the reimbursement schedule and the withdrawals requested by the clients
- University degree
- Relevant banking experience
- Excellent English, verbal, writing and speaking
