- Reporting directly to Operations Manager;
- Loan Approval Authority (mortgage);
- Approval of credit funds release;
- Coordination of credit analysts team.
- Graduate of Economics; MBA is a plus;
- Minimum 4 years in the financial sector/banking;
- Minimum 2 years experience in CREDIT (any of retail/consumer, mortgage, SME lending, with lending decision authority);
- Risk assessment skills & knowledge;
- Knowledge of relevant legal framework;
- Managerial skills/experience are considered a plus;
- Good command of written/spoken English;
- Good communication and interpretarial skills; analytical skills;results-oriented; open to learn & share;
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Tools.
