We are currently looking for a Senior Banking/Finance lawyer for one of our clients – a reputable international law firm. The position is at one step behind of an Associate Lawyer type role.
The ideal candidate:
* will have minimum 6 years of experience as lawyer in a reputable law firm, bank, or financial institution;
* excellent experience of corporate finance issues, such as debt and equity, IPO's, venture capital, risk management, tax structuring, etc.;
*is capable of independent activity and able to coordinate a team;
*has excellent oral and written communication skills;
*is a hard working person, with attention for details, but in the same time capable of understanding the full picture;
*is capable in supporting the development of the others in the team.
