RESPONSABILITATI

- Participates in risk assessment approach, develops risk based audit programs, and undertakes direct audits on business and operational areas for RB Bucharest Head Office flows, according to approved audit planning. Implements a customized audit program to incorporate risks and tests of controls specific for the audited departments / flows.
- Performs detailed reviews on existing flows and related controls to identify irregularities, risks, controls weaknesses and areas not covered by internal controls.
- Prepares audit reports identifying irregularities, control weaknesses, related risks and makes sound audit recommendations.
- Discuss in co-operative manner the audit findings with auditees and agrees on the way to best fulfill audit recommendations.
- Liaises between the bank staff and regulators and external auditors.
- Supervises all phases of internal audits and ensures that all activities are in accordance with established audit procedures.
- Manage people-related issues: coaching, delegating, monitoring, co-coordinating and supervising.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Amsterdam Head Office requirements.


CERINTE

- University degree – banking, economics, auditing;
- Minimum 4 - 5 years experience in internal audit in retail banking and / or external audit and / or retail banking (i.e risk management, products management, etc);
- Experience / knowledge in the fields of audit techniques, audit approach, audit planning, audit programs is an advantage.
- Good knowledge on Retail Banking products and services, retail banking procedures and methodologies, systems and IT applications, relevant audit and banking legislation. Good understanding of general banking environment.
- Very good command on English (both written and spoken);
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Access);
- Professional qualifications and / or training (specialised training on risk-based auditing, audit techniques, CIA / ACCA) are an advantage;
- Solid problem analysis & judgemental skills;
- Very good communication skills - verbal & written;
- Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships while displaying a high degree of integrity & objectivity;
- Proactive, confident and results-oriented attitude;
- Very well organised, efficient, self disciplined;
